Rotary Club of Panvel Midtown and Rotract Club of Panvel Midtown jointly and in synergy, took up the project of spreading awareness on Organ Donation coupled with awareness on Cervical Cancer and Breast Cancer. This project was done in partnership with Pillai College of Arts, Commerce and Science at their auditorium in the Panvel Campus. The highlight of the Project were the speakers. DG Dr. Shailesh Palekar addressed the 500 strong crowd on the purpose and need of Organ Donation. First Lady Dr. Shobhana Palekar, spoke to the girl students and lady staff about Cervical Cancer and Breast Cancer. The program was lauded by the management of the college to such an extent that they immediately signed up an MOU with our club to partner for more such social initiatives.
