The Blood Donation Camp held at Panvel Railway Station, one of the busiest local station of the harbor line, on 7th July 2018, was jointly organized by Rotary Club of Panvel Midtown, Rotaract Club of Panvel, Innwerwheel Club of Panvel and supported by GRP and RPF. The partner for the collection was KEM Blood Bank, Mumbai. Dr. Arun Ranade, himself a centurian Blood donor, formally opened the camp with a small ribbon cutting ceremony. He wished success for the camp and re-iterated the need to organize more such initiatives. The camp was held from 9.00 am till 4.00 pm. In spite of heavy rain, a large number of people turned out for the donation. In all 106 packets of Blood, 350ml each, were collected.
